VGU sets a World Record at Jaipur Marathon

On the 8th of February, 2023 over 6000 students, alumni, faculty members, parents, stakeholders, and staff gathered to take part in the 14th edition of the AU Jaipur Marathon. The event earned the university a spot in the Guineas Book of World Records.
Despite the earning morning frost, VGU students and staff members flooded the streets of Jaipur in a sea of red t-shirts and traditional Rajasthani pagans. The yells and roars of the runners filled the Albert Hall roundabout as they excitedly awaited the start. The entire band stretch was filled with upbeat music.
